RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with every order you make, but just incase you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges, with terms and conditions applied. Returns and exchanges should be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s).

All returns will be authorized by our team before items are sent back. To get your return authorized, contact us at hookdbyatsupegh@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, your tracking number and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Hook’d by Atsupe does not cover any return delivery costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.

All items must be returned in their original packaging.
